How did the Body Change Challenge help you?
I feel like I have had a lot of success in the last 3 months. I am more conscious in what I eat and drink. My portions have decreased and I feel like I am eating better foods for my body. By doing that and increasing my workouts I have more energy physically and mentally and have lost weight. I may not be at my goal weight yet, but I believe that I will be soon enough. I also increased my water intake my 50%. I never drank enough water. Now I always drink 64 oz of water per day or more.
What is your next goal(s)?
My next goal is to incorporate more natural and organic foods into my diet. A fitness goal of mine is to enter myself in a marathon this year.

How did the Body Change Challenge help you?
I set a goal of winning a vacation for me and a friend and worked very tirelessly at reaching it. I learned a lot about different methods of eating (low sugar, high protein, organic) and how to effectively work out multiple times. Thanks Heith!
What is your next goal(s)?
To look awesome in a swimsuit! Maintain my current weight and tone up my arms.

How did the Body Change Challenge help you?
I think changing the way I normally do things was successful for me. For example, trying a more intensive shorter work outs seemed to work better for me than camping out on the elliptical machine for an hour. Also decreasing the amount of bread I eat and increasing the amount of lean proteins worked well for to lose weight. I think I need to continue to monitor my work out schedule & diet so I don’t fall back to old habits.
What is your next goal(s)?
I would like to continue with building my strength and endurance. I would like to get back to jogging/running & do a 5k in the Spring.
